Black Box Practicum facilitates confidential CEO engagements. The value proposition is to push the limits of peer education, thought exchange and collaboration for the purpose of optimal personal and professional growth and maximal operational, strategic and leadership performance.

What?

Teams of top performing Company CEOs meet to collaborate and process their most pressing and high-impact business issues and opportunities. The rigorous facilitation method ensures that “no stone is left unturned” and all ideas are fully vetted. It is a sacred space where CEOs are able to speak candidly amongst un-biased, engaged and resourceful peers and are held accountable for implementation.

When?

We meet 8 times per year from 12pm to 6 and then have a dinner to further bond the group.

Who?

The “who” is the key. This group is only for CEOs’ that are ready to come prepared, be fully engaged and learn to have courageous conversation.

Rules of Engagement

  • Show up on time
  • Come prepared to contribute a case, issue, opportunity or share a meaningful story
  • Commit to no less than 7 meetings
  • Commit to meeting with 4 members for lunch, coffee etc over the year
  • Commit to hosting one meeting during the year

  • Creating goals (personal professional and a behavior) and constantly working toward them throughout the year
  • Processing issues and opportunities
