TESTIMONIALS
I have been working with Amy for a number of years. She has been instrumental in helping me navigate a number of managerial challenges as well as a perfectly executed management succession process. As a Coach, Amy has been a critical factor in our success and improving the feedback loop between the CEO and the rest of the organization. She incredibly insightful and has had a major impact on me professionally and personally.
Amy has been transformational for me as I stepped into the CEO position 3 years ago. I’m a huge believer in her ability to be helpful to executives who are coachable and want to improve. Amy has been instrumental in helping me navigate through many tough situations and self-reflect on how I can be a better leader and CEO. She is nice but tough and isn’t afraid to ask the hard questions. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to take their game to the next level.
I hired Amy, privately, to work with me on my interaction with The Board and then my family. The Board had become less than effective due to conflict over merger related decisions. There were also blocks being created due to personal relationships amongst board members. Amy initially helped to me to determine the negative impact on the company vs. my ego.
